Cosmos are one of the easiest flowers to grow from seed and also one of the most rewarding. With the installation of a bunny-proof, deer-proof fence last summer, I finally got to grow them and they did not disappoint, blooming well into fall. What better way to celebrate than to commemmorate them with cyanotypes?
 
Look closely and you'll see where some of the color released from the flowers (technically making this a combination cyanotype/eco-print). This often happens when prints are processing on the hottest days of summer.
